Hotel was excellent.great position with parking.this is a classy hotel greeted at door by consierge.the staff are so helpful cannot do enough for you.we had breakfast which was exceptional.so much to choose.our standard double was excellent shower with bath.everything was high standard great bedding comfy bed.would highly recommend.

Amazing location with a fantastic view of the harbour and of Instow opposite. Beautifully decorated, clean rooms with really comfortable beds and lovely additions including proper coffee and biscuits, lovely scented bathroom products, and additional snacks available for a small fee. Attached to a lovely pub with really friendly staff, and a great quiz every Sunday! Would return to stay here every time. We loved it.

very neat room with a comfortable room, excellent rainshower and beautiful new Portugese tiles in the bathroom. The owner is very kind and friendly and breakfast (we had poached egg and avocado on toast) was delicious. Whenever we’ll be around again, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Pretty perfect accommodation, beautiful, modern, very friendly and helpful service. What to add that has not been said before.. the shower water pressure was fabulous! (In my travelling experience that is very rare in the UK!)

Lovely homely accommodation. Room was a good size and bright, airy and very comfortable and the ensuite was clean with everything you needed. Good tea/coffee making provisions with biscuits provided each day being a nice touch. Communal areas were also very homely and the breakfast was first class with plenty of choice.
