The terrace and the yard were super nice to sit in and have breakfast or just relax during the day.

Breakfast delivered to the room was superb.
Big, clean room with comfortable beds.
Thermal spa was included this was very relaxing.

The building is lovely but minimal included . Extra cost to park and use indoor pool / spa facility .

The staff were brilliant. Very helpful and friendly. Property is beautiful. Very comfortable and beautiful garden. They allowed us to park inside the main 'owners gates' which was very much appreciated as car filled with our belongings, but without we would have been on street. Two disappointments, overlooked by tower blocks of apartments and no restaurant. Breakfast was lovely and service was exceptional. Thank you to Isabel for understanding re car and parking.

The Receptionist went above and beyond to help me. She was lovely. The room was beautiful and the whole ambience of the hotel was lovely.

The host gave us a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The room itself had wonderful views of the mountains and countryside. We went for a short walk and saw eagles albeit it from a distance.
The host got up early to provide us with breakfast as we had to leave early for the ferry

Breakfast was super, my kids loved the pastries, hot chocolate and fruit salads. Lots of options for all ages. The thermal spa was amazing, we all spent so much time there. The outdoor pool was fabulous too. The treatment area was lovely too, my facial was very relaxing. The yoga classes and room are a wonderful facility.

The hotel was really lovely. We were travelling with our dog and we had a great sized room with a very comfortable super king size bed. The staff were fabulous and really accommodating with our dog when we were booked into the restaurant for Sunday lunch on our arrival. Lovely lunch and breakfast was excellent too.
