My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Facilities were excellent and clean. The common areas were very spacious and hotel isn't overpacked, always enough space around the pool, very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly, they consistently gave excellent customer service. On our arrival we were early for check-in so they gave us a free drinks and snacks (which was more like a lunch). The hotel is a very high standard and the location is excellent. We would definitely return to this hotel again when next in Tenerife.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t do justice to it. It’s very new and the facilities are all very good and clean. Food at the restaurants is also delicious but the best thing is the staff, so incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel. They made our stay so comfortable.

We liked pretty much everything there. It’s a beautiful place at a wonderful location right by the beach. what really stood out was the friendliness and attentiveness of all the hotel personnel, quite remarkable! A special gracias to Besik at the restaurant and Tiziana of the hotel management. We felt very welcome and at home there and will be back. I can definitely recommend this hotel!
