We liked very much our stay at Hotel Cordial Morgan Playa. The hotel is big and offers lots of activities and entertainment like bowling, chess and Tennis (even Tennis training is available). The pool was great to swim and relaxing. The food gets a 12 out of 10 (excellent quality and variety). I like very much how they organized the dinner, with different sittings and if you like they assig you a table for the whole stay. The room was big and comfortable. We booked the junior suite and got a big balcony with two loungers and view to the beautiful Chapel garden. Breakfast for the suites was served at the pool restaurant which was also great in both settings and food quality. We liked and enjoyed the hotel very much and can only recommend to anyone looking for the perfect stay in Gran Canaria.

Staff were AMAZING!! The hotel was all-inclusive and provided 3 meals a day in a huge buffet style dining area. When I checked in, it was nearing the end of the lunch hour. Before they even checked me in they asked if I was hungry and welcomed me to go eat lunch first, then check in. I was there for 5 days and the staff just continued to impress me. The World Cup was going on and I would call the front desk to find out which stations it would be broadcast on. After only one day, they new me and had the channels already ready for me when I called!! I wish I could call out all of them by name, but KUDOS to the ENTIRE reception staff!! Room was huge and comfortable with a balcony and great view. Food was absolutely amazing as well. HUGE buffets with wine and beer all made by professional cooks. Paella was phenomenal!! I rarely tip buffet style food places since there's not really personal service. This place was different...the restaurant crew were awesome! Service, table clean up, cleanliness of restaurant, well stocked food/wine. They never missed the mark...I gave a HUGE tip to the staff on the last day. HIGHLY recommend this hotel...10 stars!!

Accomodation was exceptionally clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool bar with good value food and lovely staff. Lovely heated pool. Very comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen.

I loved the breakfast so much. So much to choose from, delicious coffee and I even found champagne for those who like to have a glass in the morning. What a lovely place in a lovely city. I also slept very well, though was exhausted from my long flight. But all in all it was a lovely room even with a living room and perfect shower room.
