Absolutely lovely staff: receptionists, waiters, cleaning staff, everybody was friendly, helpful and always smiling. Split between “kids” and “quiet” pool. Awesome breakfast.

Everything. Staff couldn't be friendlier. The hotel is just picturesque with the mountains in the background and the botanic garden theme. The reception and swimming pool areas look amazing. Breakfast is great and you are spoilt for choice. I'm sure lunch and dinner are also good but never got to try them. They also provide quality night shows after dinner. Location of the hotel is excellent to walk to the beach or marina.

The lady on reception, who I believe to be one of the owners was a joy to meet. She's exceptional 👏. The hotel breakfast is one of the best you'll find anywhere, and the view of the mountains from our room (105) was a lovely way to start the day. 100% recommended
