It is such a beautiful place! Easily our favorite stay during our Basque Country trip. The room was spacious with an amazing view of the vineyards, and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast was rich and delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves peaceful, soulful places in nature. On top of that, the hostess was a true gem—she’s a master of hospitality! Definitely a 10/10 experience.

The hotel surprised me as it is listed at a 2-star hotel but in fact felt rather high end. There is an art theme across the rooms and common areas, which is very stylish. The personnel were really kind - at the reception and the breakfast. The breakfast is not super abundant but is sufficient and adequate. Anything more would have been a high risk of food waste. The location is excellent to go for a walk to the flysch and the geopark. Also close to the local pintxo bars/tavernas. Our room had a terrace with a view towards the sea, the lavish green hills and the flysch. I loved sitting there. A kettle with some tea in the room could have been a nice addition. But there was a fridge supplied with some water and beer, which was lovely for the sunny hours.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was outstanding. It is a lovely "bed and breakfast" style place, with a gorgeous garden behind the building. The location could not have been more convenient for people on the Camino del Norte.

Clean and comfortable room with a fabulous view on the sea. Everything (center with shops and restaurants, beach, flysch cliffs, walking paths, etc) was close to hotel.
