the staff were AMAZING. so accommodating. We initially booked a non-AC room because we didn’t know the hotel had AC available. We were sweltering. So we asked for any fan or anything and they actually upgraded us at minimal cost and we moved to an AC room. The staff stayed after their shift to assist us with this. Really above and beyond. They were friendly too

Everything was PERFECT, my husband and I loved it! The city is incredibly romantic, close to the Bastei Brücke trail. The staff was really nice, the room was beautiful, and the installations incredible. We used the sauna every evening and it was really nice to relax after so much walking. I have to say the breakfast was great, but the dinner in the restaurant was extraordinary! We also brought our corgi puppy and it went very well.

It was a beautiful location right by the woods with a great view from the dinning room fitted with a fireplace. We had a very cozy and comfortable stay at the property. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The photos actually don't do justice to this place. We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. It was an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchenette and best part, a really nice balcony area to take in the mountains.

Great room with a nice view and terrace facing the Elbe. Restaurant in the Hotel was great so was the food. Included breakfast was fantastic.
