A great location for exploring Berlin. Lovely room with very comfortable bed and much needed air conditioning. Staff really friendly and helpful. A very relaxing place to stay.

A lovely welcome as we were on Honeymoon, some Bubbly and chocs on arrival.
It was handy having the self catering facilities, and saved on costs.
The Lidl across the road was v handy, and generally quite a good location.
Decor and relaxed atmosphere was v good.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and the hotel gave us a room upgrade and complimentary champagne with the sweetest message of congratulations. Such a great hotel that is relaxing with the wellness centre (sauna, heated pool) and a lovely bar/restaurant area.

- The jacuzzi was lovely , the spa and changing room areas were always clean and well stocked (including toiletries and hair dryers).
- The lobby was dressed for Christmas and impeccably clean and stylish
- The staff were all so welcoming, kind and helpful - even providing complimentary extras when they heard it was our honeymoon
- The floor to ceiling windows offered the most beautiful sunset skyline views

Lovely big clean room with modern shower room/ toilet. Very comfortable beds and pillows including extra bed as there was 3 of us in room.
Nice safe area/ location 10 min walk to the U bahn. Good travel network to city centre.
Lovely, relaxing indoor pool area and courtyard garden sitting area outside if it's sunny.
Staff very helpful hard working and friendly.
Perfect stay thank you to the staff!
