Everything was great! We even asked for late check out and it was agreed without extra charge! It is also very easy to park in front of the hotel for 4 euro per day! Self check in was also very convieneient!

Such a beautiful place to stay on the Rhine! We were upgraded to a bigger room which was perfect. People mention the trains on the river side are loud but we didn't even notice them! Breakfast was delicious and the tour of the castle an added bonus. Lovely staff too.

I liked absolutely everything in this hotel. We lived literally in a castle. Two rooms connected through a bathroom. A balcony with a scenic view on Rhine. Everything is extremely clean and well decorated. Food and wines are excellent, and breakfast was fantastic. It's a bit expensive, but worth it. We were even given a bottle of portwein and a plate of fruits in a room.

This was a lovely hotel, and our room (no 305) was stunning. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. Staff were very friendly. We would highly recommend Rheinliebe bistro for dinner. Ask staff for shortcut at the back of the hotel . Also enjoyed wine tasting at weingut graf von kanitz in the village. There is a well stocked supermarket at the top of the road too.
