We loved everything from the moment we walked in. It is warm and cozy, maintained at a very high level. A lot of thought was given to every detail. Upscale, very clean, very nice guest house. Full kitchen, pleasant sitting room, lots of stairs. It has a good coffee setup although the coffee needed to be replaced. You must contact them so the owner can come open the doors for you. Don't just arrive.

Perfect location, near to Jicin bus terminal(7 minutes walk), easily get public transport to explore Cesky Raj. Also near to the center, if you feel hungry anytime, there is restaurant in the same property(not 24 hours), also around the property. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Attic style room feel cozy and cute. Breakfast was simple and good, there was small buffet of cold cuts, cheese, cereals, yogurts, fruits, boiled egg, cake, tea and coffee from 8am - 10am.

Pension Imperial Spa is a lovely place to stay at when in Jicin. The room & bathroom were very comfortable & clean, breakfast was sufficient & free parking spaces easy to find in the same street as the ones reserved for the hotel. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful and quiet hotel almost in the city center. Plenty of parking spaces nearby. The lady at the reception and restaurant staff were great, smiling and kind. Very good breakfast. The room is nice, clean, retro designed! Bed with a comfortable mattress. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had no trouble to find it, tired and hot after a long hike, we refreshed in the pub's garden. Amazing! We booked a table for the evening and had a simple meal, tasty pizza, with nice wine. Service for very attentive. The room was great, with 2 large roof windows, comfy beds and a hot shower.
