This is a beautifully designed hotel featuring very modernly furnished rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the great balcony that overlooked the lake. The indoor pool was a lovely amenity, although a touch cool for spring swimming. The outdoor jacuzzi, however, was excellent. Breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a wide and impressive variety of both cold and hot dishes, including some interesting special menu items. We also had a great dinner experience at the Saltz restaurant. A special mention must go to the concierge, who was incredibly helpful in securing tickets for the chocolate museum tour for us, even after we found it fully booked online.

This is a charming hotel in an excellent location in the old town of Zurich. It's very well appointed and comfortable, the staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating with our early arrival. The breakfast was excellent. We were an extended family group covering 3 generations, and we were all very impressed with the Helmhaus.

The Small Luxury Hotel Ambassador can be found next to Zurich's opera house and to Lake Zurich, right in the heart of the city. WiFi is available in the entire property free of charge.

Conveniently located near train station and scooters for easy transport. Rooms were spacious clean and well equipped with bougie items. Although at time of booking car parking was full but staff helped us find one.

The Marktgasse Hotel is a historic building with low ceilings and sloped floors (not all rooms).
