Staff was very kind and gave excellent advice for tours. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The hotel in general is very cute and comfortable. We stayed in a triple bedroom and the space was great. Bathroom was small but ok and the shower is great. The location is great. A few steps from Interlaken West station, it has a pharmacy in front, a grocery and many great restaurants only a few steps.

Overlooking Lake Thun, the Dorint Blüemlisalp offers very spacious, south-facing rooms with a balcony and panoramic views of the Alps.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me to the places I wanted to go and showed me which buses to take. Also the location is perfect as it’s just a very walking distance to the Interlaken Ost and even to the center! And the breakfast and even the restaurant at night, are both great!
