Lovely hotel. Staff very pleasant, room service excellent and very clean. Very good breakfast. Lovely pool. Excellent location and shuttle to and from station. A most enjoyable stay. You felt well looked after

Lovely hotel with really knowledgeable and friendly staff. Loved the Endagin travel pass. Very nice breakfast with lots of choice. Room was quiet, spacious and spotless. We drink tea rather than coffee and a kettle was provided on request. Heated outdoor pool with fantastic mountain view was also great.

This was a wonderful hotel with very attentive staff who made for a very relaxing stay. We had a large corner room with greats views and comfortable bed. Breakfast was a generous spread and coffee came from an espresso machine! Best we’ve had for a while. A few extras we didn’t expect were great touches.

An excellent hotel in a lovely position in Pontresina. Food ( half board ) was very good and the staff very friendly and efficient. Room clean and spacious and no problems staying with my dog. He was made very welcome.Passes given for travel on buses and lifts to explore the area. Highly recommended. Hoping to return next year.

A rich and delicious breakfast
There is an amazing view from the 4th floor rooms
Perfectly clean
A free pass to Bellavita's pool and spa (indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor Jacuzzi, lovely spa area)
Engandin card (free regional public tranaport)
