The hotel is centrally located and very close to the main train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with luxurious bathroom and toiletries. The included breakfast was amazing! I wish I could have stayed longer!

great location, real buzz about the area. got a travel pass included with our stay. Very central, good transport system. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating during my stay. Quiet street, opposite the train station. Right in the old town, so atmospheric the minute you stepped outside. Reception staff were consistently excellent and most helpful. The room was very well laid out and the bed superbly comfortable.

This 3-star hotel occupies a 500-year-old building in the Old Town of Bern, just steps away from the Aare River.

Great location next to shops, bars and restaurants, spacious clean and relatively modern furnishings. There was no 24h reception but they have us a way to self check in late.
