I spent 2 nights alone as a treat to myself. This is the best place to spend time alone (or not ), you can't get bored as you can spend time at the spa or the gym, or sit at the balcony and watch passers by. The staff is nice and discreet. They'll answer any questions and accommodate your needs. Very enjoyable spa and very well equipped gym. The bedding is very comfortable. The room is extremely clean and cozy. The shower is amazing.

Excellent location, very close to the train station. It was amazing to arrive there in only a few minutes after a 13 hour train trip. Delicious orange juice. Lovely garden for breakfasts.

The reception male member whose name is CHARLES (?) is very welcoming. After a long flight and another train connection from zurich airport to bern , a early check in is a heavenly gift. The path from train station to hotel is quite smooth even with large luggage. The location of hotel is excellent to explore the old town Bern.
