We were told they gave us an upgrade, not sure difference between what we ordered to what we were given. Price was good, clean but dated.

The location was ideal for us for the purpose of getting the bus which left from the motel car park. Within walking distance of the shopping mall and has a bus stop right outside which takes you directly into Ottawa centre. The room was ok, quite small but had the basics and a fridge too which was handy. Provide garden chairs outside your room which was lovely to be able to sit with the weather being so nice. Laundry facilities were good. Breakfast was nice to have.

Staff for baby accommodating to our needs. My boyfriend is in a wheelchair and needed a few extra supports while we stayed there. We never had any issues asking for extra amenities. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were all extremely helpful. The location was also great as we were just minutes from Ottawa by car. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. very close by. There is also a nice mall just a few minutes away.

Check in was VERY fast and easy. Rooms were very clean. They went out of their way to provide us with a handwritten note to wish us a wonderful anniversary and even gave us a complimentary champagne bottle. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Definitely a great place to stay! We did not use any of the amenities but they looked really great!

Great location- lots of businesses in the area for meals, shopping and activities. As well, very easy to get to other places. Jacuzzi and sauna area were great, not busy (but a steady stream of occupants) and the place was spotlessly clean.

The breakfast is so nice but the price is reasonable, the receptionist did upgrade for us when we check-in but without any payment. The size of room and sofa bed are very good that suitable one person to sleep. It's a good choice for one family. It's surprise that there is a springwater salon and you can get relax from the trip.
