The staff was always helpful whenever I needed to carry my luggage to the underground garage. The breakfast cook is a very warm and welcoming woman who prepares everything herself. Every morning, she would come into the breakfast room to check if everything was okay, ask if we needed anything, or if we wanted more of anything. She was incredibly attentive and kind, like a grandmother. The location is great, right in front of the beach. The view from the pool on the terrace is, by far, the best feature of the hotel in my opinion.
