The staff was very friendly and accommodating every need at all times. They made every minute of our 4 night's stay easy and fun. We had our 7 month old baby, and they thought about everything to accommodate his needs. The food was amazing. The room was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Had massages two days in a row, very relaxing.
The pool we had in the room, was lovely and relaxing.

Very nice staff and service. The room with jacuzzi was amazing. Also the location is great, walking distance to the city center. Highly recommended!

Great location, a quick drive or enjoyable walk from the main streets of Gramado. The breakfast and high tea hour were both excellent and provided more than enough options for our family, which was especially important since we were with our 11 month old son. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had a really lovely stay and hope to come back!
