Lovely staff, delicious fresh breakfast and gorgeous views. Two beautiful and friendly cats. We had fun and were very comfortable. A lovely relaxing place.

Most gorgeous little pousada surrounded by lovely greenery. Owners have really put in effort to make the place eco friendly. We booked a chalet and it was beautifully decorated. And the hammock outside was a nice touch to relax after a long day ! Breakfast was good.

Everything was just perfect. Lovely room, lovely view, the staff were all so lovely and friendly. Beautiful breakfast, location was perfect, right on the beach. Very safe, you could still walk on the beach after dark even as a single woman. I certainly wouldn’t do that in central Rio de Janeiro. Ancoradouro was very central to the shops, the many restaurants and bars. It was sooo nice and peaceful and relaxing with plenty to do at the same time!!! Thank you so much

Great accommodation, just outside the main town but not far enough that it was an issue, if anything it was really relaxing hearing the sounds of the jungle. Carla was such a lovely and accommodating host!

lovely little hut with a relaxed atmosphere, staff were very friendly and helpful. great addition is the afternoon tea service they provide for free.
