Friendly receptionist, lovely attention from the hotel, nice outside area and very well located. We also really appreciated the restaurant/bar suggestion from the hotel as we didn't really know where to go and had a fantastic night out.

Easy car access and check-in. Lovely staff at reception! Comfy, big apartment and really clean. Loved the amenities provided! There is crockery and cutlery available and the microwave and small fridge in the room is really useful. There is a heated pool and camp bbq. Would definitely recommend!

Regal Port Douglas is just 200 metres from the beach, right at the start of the restaurant strip in Port Douglas.

The foyer smells good as. Together with the light jazz playing and waterfall when you roll up in the driveway it gives a luxurious feeling. Also the lagoon pool is lovely! The sand is so soft its like powder. Ergonomic layout with the "beach" side and then some shadey spots on the other side for us pale folk to retreat to. Also the suspense of not knowing when the waterfall was going to suddenly start kept things exciting. The cocktails are delicious and they let you drink them while chilling in the pool. The staff were all really friendly and all seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. Also food is really good. Our favourite was the octopus balls. I didn't even like octopus before but that all changed when I tried those octopus balls. The location is perfect you don't need a car, main street is literally a 5 min walk away. My husband and I got married in Port Douglas and I'm so glad we picked Peppers to stay at. Overall 10/10 will definitely stay at here again!

The location is great, within walking distance from the town center, yacht club as well as Four Mile beach. The apartment was spacious and neat with the added surprise of a jacuzzi on the balcony! The pool facilities were great as well for an evening swim!
