MalaysiaWe arrived with the friendly reception helping with speedy check in, to our surprised, a no extra charge upgrade to the King Studio Apartment. It has everything we need in the kitchen, ensuite, with a heater/air-conditional and even a washing machine / dryer!!! The Studio is spacious with a very nice view to Pirates Bay. The bistro dinner was also very well prepared and nice. Parking is just outside our room. It's also just a short walk to the Tessellated Pavement across the road. One thing that the reception has done extra and exceptionally well (without asking) - we are given 3 key-cards, the extra one to put in the power-socket all the time!! How thoughtful was THAT. I wish all hotels in the World will do that. We really appreciate that, especially as we need to keep the room warm.

The room was comfortable and had all the necessities needed. We ate at the on-site pub, which had delicious food!
