Fab hotel. Booked this last minute and was not disappointed. All staff were fantastic & couldn't of done any more for me. Meal was lovely and was handy having the laundry facility there. Mackay wasn't on my intinary to stop but the staff made this an enjoyable stay, and took away from the stress of not being able to reach my original destination of Airlie Beach due to road closures and weather conditions.

The room was really comfortable, with all the little things that make a difference, coffee station, mini bar, good pillows, instant hot water, strong water pressure in the shower and pet friendly.
