The breakfast was very good, maybe i would preffer a little more variety (toast, or wursts) but the orange juice was perfect and the fruits also! The location of the hotel was perfect too because it was close to the slope, to the supermarket or to the centre. We liked the shuttle bus too. People who worked there were very polite.

All was good. From the start to the end, the crew was super friendly, and it is a nice place to start your ski day.

Fresh and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and truly a ski-in and out location, as the ski storage room was literally a few meters from the slopes. Everything worked as we had hoped and had no issues during our stay in early March 2023. When booking a room here during the skiing high season it's good to know that the hotel is close to the most popular after-ski venues. This means that there's a lot of happening around the hotel and there are plenty of venues to enjoy drinks or refreshments after a day on the slopes. Also, the hotel takes good precautions to prevent the traffic and noise (which usually ends around 8-9pm) from the venues from disturbing your stay.

We booked for the first time in this B&B and had a wonderful stay. The owners Hannes & Antonella made sure we always had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, breakfast delicious, and position was perfect. We loved that they came to greet us at breakfast every morning, and that we were able to keep our luggage in a storage room and car in the parking even after checkout so we could hike the morning before heading back home. This place was like a home away from home, and we will be sure to return during our next stay in St. Anton. Thank you Antonella & Hannes for your wonderful hospitality.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. There is a large relaxation area. There is a separate area where you can get body and facial massages and other treatments for an extra charge. The hotel tries to organise additional entertainment for its guests, so that every evening is not a boring one. There is a bar area where you can sit with company during the day and in the evening, have a tasty drink or an extra snack. There is enough space for parking. Lovely hotel, friendly staff. We were initially bit concerned of the location as its outside of Ischgl - but the bus stops literally 50m away and goes every 15 mins. 2 bus stops and youre in town for half the price of hotels in the town. Beautiful hotel, spotless spa, apartment was so spacious. There was 6 of us staying in 3 bed apartment. Heated ski room. All very positive. Would love to go back some time
