We were staying for a wedding in Igls. Everything was perfect. Comfy rooms. Lovely bathrooms, Tasty breakfasts , relaxing pool and friendly, helpful staff . Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you

Lovely view from the breakfast dining room. Very friendly helpful staff. Relaxed feel. Right by the bridge over to the old town.

We were kindly given a room upgrade to a high floor, the view of the mountain was spectacular. All the staff were approachable & professional, we found the hotel very welcoming.
The breakfast was superb & catered to varied groups of travellers.
The sauna & steam rooms were very relaxing & well laid out.
Location was great for getting around Innsbruck & arriving by train.

We recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be in a great location. The staff was very accommodating, promptly changing our room when the initial one proved to be a bit noisy. The breakfast was good but nothing exceptional. The spa is an added bonus, with a jacuzzi offering lovely views of the mountain.

Generous breakfast with option to have fried eggs or omelette made to order. The jacuzzi had a lovely view and was relaxing. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful with providing advice for my stay.
