This is a very inviting hotel with a lovely family running it. The pool/spa area is particularly impressive. So too was the offer by the owner to drive our luggage to a nearby apartment that we had booked for a segment of our stay in Pertisau.

Lovely rooms, fantastic deck on the water. The deck restaurant has lovely healthy menu. The girls at the front desk were incredibly helpful and positive.

During check-in the staff provided full information regarding services the hotel offers and timing. The check-in itself was very smooth only 2 mins. Beautiful clean room with a balcony. Very good location. Breakfast and evening meal were outstanding. We hiked the Alderweg trail. This was unexpectidly one of the best hotels in the 2 weeks
