A special thank you to the manager, Ahmed 🌟, whose professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to answer our questions, help us plan our itinerary, and recommend the best local food and attractions. His exceptional service truly exceeded our expectations! In addition, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, every team member greeted us with a smile and ensured that we felt at home. Their hospitality made all the difference in our experience. The food was also fantastic—breakfast was delicious and included traditional Moroccan pancakes, fresh juice, and the best mint tea! Overall, this hotel not only provides a beautiful and comfortable stay but also has a team that genuinely cares about its guests and delivers outstanding service. The staff were so accommodating, friendly and helpful! They printed our tickets for the train and organised taxi transfers. Takeaway breakfast boxes were so nice for our early check out too. Would definitely come back!

We highly recommend this riad. The staff is available at all times. We booked a tour to the desert, a tour to Chefchaouen, and a tour with a tour guide in Fez who told us all its secrets. The experience was amazing, to say the least.

The place is really beautiful just like on photos. Owners are very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and very big, it is served on terrace with the city panorama. We stayed during winter and it was very warm thanks to air condition, also we have no problem with hot water in the shower.

The hosts (Hanna and Imad) are extremely helpful and friendly. They both speak English and go out of their way to accommodate any requests. My room was fairly large with a private bathroom and electric hot water which was always available. The Riad is close to a main road which makes it easy to carry your luggage to a taxi. I highly recommend Riad Amira Fes.
