The whole property is kept incredibly clean. I don’t know how old this building is,but I could fell the staffs’s effort to maintain it. As soon as I got arrived at the hotel ,a receptionist kindly carried my luggage up to my room without me even asking That was so thoughtful of him. He also invited me to relax in the cafeteria and offered me a choice of coffee or tea, along with a bottle of water. After a long journey ,I was super tired so these services helped me a lot relax. Another staff was also helpful in booking my ticket to another city. Without their help,I would have struggled a lot ! He even prepared fresh orange juice for me on the morning of my departure and handed me a bottle of water,which was such a thoughtful service. The building has a rooftop terrace,and the view from there was amazing,you can see the whole city :)

The breakfast in the morning was also delicious and plentiful. The view on the terrace is very beautiful. I highly recommend this Riad!

At the riad, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. I came alone to Chefchaouen, and from the moment I arrived at Hotel Rass Elma, I felt at home. I spent 4 wonderful nights there. The room was spacious, beautiful, very clean, cozy, and warm. From the terrace, I had a stunning view of the mountains, and from my room, I could see and hear the water springs, adding a special tranquility to my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and I also enjoyed their mint tea served on the different terraces, perfect for soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. The location is excellent: taxis can drop you off right at the door, and everything is close by — the mountains, the springs, and the medina. I came to rest and recharge, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hotel is simple, minimalist, and perfectly connected to nature. What impressed me the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Always smiling, helpful, attentive, and remarkably friendly. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for these unforgettable 4 days. This has become my first and only destination in Chefchaouen. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

The traditional breakfast was also rich and delicious.
