The bed, top bunk is relatively high up and ladder not so comfortable to climb. The biggest problem however is the venue often has parties and doubles up as a club in the pool area. The music can get very very loud and can go on till 2am. On one night it wasn't so bad, it finished around 12pm but on the second night the music was noticeably louder and went on till 2am - I used the ear plugs, plus my padded over ear headphones but could still hear it, to be fair I think it was just an over enthusiastic DJ and possibly a one off as other people complained as well. I also think how much the noise is depends on which room they put you in as walking down the corridor I couldn't hear it as much

Location, very close to lively part of South Beach, lots of bars and cafe nearby plus 100m from the beach. To put in context I would say the location is as close as you can get to the beach in that area without paying 3 times as much for a stay. As far as the venue itself, I found the staff super helpful, they sorted out an excursion to the Everglades and addressed every issue immediately, Facilities are excellent, the lobby area is spacious with lots of sofas you can lie in. There is also a room specially to work in, an area to sit in around the pool and good onsite food. Loads of other nice touches, like free coffee in the morning, and the ability to buy things like muffins and sweets and even sunglasses for less than at a convenience store. There's even free ear plugs by the front counter which I'll come to later.

The bathroom in the room wasn’t very clean, and there was only one for the whole room of 10 beds.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The location of the hostel was excellent. For the price-quality ratio, this place is absolutely worth it.

The internet worked well most of the time except when the hallway was crowded, during those times it was impossible to have work calls

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, everything was clean and well organized, and the location is fantastic because it's close to everything you might need. The staff was excellent. Especially Paola and Mica who were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always kind and ready to assist with anything I needed, from reservations to daily tips. Their support made my experience even better. I would definitely come back!

I stayed in a dorm for 4 people, unfortunately there is no option for 4 people-female or 4 people-male. Mix dorm for 4 people is not so preferable. Maybe you can make a development for this issue. Another thing is, there are 2 fridges in common area and I put my stuff with the name & date labels on it. I couldn't find my stuff in the fridge next morning when I came back. And I faced this problem twice... Somebody was stealing my stuff and I told it to the reception to find a solution. Of course the thief couldn't be found. There wasn't any security cameras in the kitchen, maybe you should install one.

It's very very clean. Location is perfect, it's very close to Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive and Miami Beach. You can take the airport shuttle and city center bus just one block away. Free coffee and tea, cold water service is so nice. There is a little place like a semi-kitchen, you can use the fridge to put your stuff on it and a microwave to prepare your meal. Thank you very much for everything dear Viajero Miami family. I will definitely choose you when I visit Miami again.

Everything was fine, except you have to be very careful about stuff falling down off the bunk beds along the wall.

One of the rooms I stayed in was climate controlled and it was a bit set a bit warm. There was only one bathroom (that contained both the shower and the toilet) for 8 people so you had to wait quite a while to use it.

I stayed in 2 rooms and one of the rooms was huge and had its own balcony and very good air conditioning. The other didn't, so I suppose that depends which room you get. The hostel was clean and the location was great. There were activities if you are a solo traveller.

Excellent staff, they were all friendly and helpful. They even gave me some information about local attractions that tourists might not know about. I had a Queen room and it was very clean and comfortable. I looked forward to my bed every night after seeing attractions all day.
