Loved the amenities and location of this little hotel! Pool was nice and small, had good bar service. Location was amazing easily walkable to lots of main areas in WeHo - as a solo female traveller felt extremely safe in the area! Staff was extremely helpful !

It was too noisy. We were located on the first floor and you heard everything. There was a machine as well outside our room which I think controlled either the pool or the flushing of the building but ir would make constant noise

Pool is small and in need of upgrades with cleaner tiling. Hallways should be vacuumed more often.

All staff were lovely and very helpful. Suites are spacious with large closets and dressing room. Beds are extremely comfortable. Room to work and relax. Great pool bar and area with plenty of clean towels and really nice loungers and cabanas. Delicious drinks and pool food.

A deposit was taken on arrival on our credit card and repaid on departure. It would have been better if this had just been held pending on our card as most hotels have done as with the exchange rate difference it ended up costing us which was annoying.

Good location especially for Hollywood area, plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Spacious comfortable apartment. Good rooftop pool and bar area.

However, we had an issue with the service. We booked the room for three people and specifically requested bed sheets for the sofa bed and extra towels, but despite asking several times at reception, these were never provided. That was disappointing and took away from an otherwise good experience.

We stayed at this hotel in Los Angeles for a week and overall had a great time. The room was very nice and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the heated rooftop swimming pool. The surrounding area is quiet and residential, with a safe and pleasant atmosphere, even at night. There are some great bars and shops within walking distance.

We were delayed by 2/12 hours getting in to the room after their advertised check in time (with kids), which isn’t really acceptable. They were apparently busy the day before but that’s a staffing issue. We also heard them telling someone else the same thing as we left. Guy on reception pretty miserable sometimes, but staff very friendly overall.

Great location yet in a quiet residential street. Good price point considering others we have stayed at in the area Nice hotel. The guy at the great pool bar area - Otto - was superb.

Parking - too expensive, public garage was 12 mi s away but we used it as valet parking was very expensive in out view - I think it was 65 USD per night.

Great walking location to explore Melrose Ave and West Hollywood. My suite room was spacious, upscale and comfortable. Valet parking staff were prompt and friendly.

Spacious apartment. Nice staff. Great location if you want to walk around West Hollywood and be close to great vegan restaurants. It has a nice rooftop deck.
