Hotel greakfast was ehhh at best. The host behind the breakfast counter did not speak very good english at all and mostly mumbled when you tried to speak with him. Not someone you'd want in a customer facing position. We were there for 4 nights and our room was Never serviced one time. The front desk did tell us it wouldn't be every day but we didn't expect that it would never be service the entire time. The hotel has a lot of potential. There were no safes in the room to store valuables (never seen that before) and the chair in the room to watch TV from was a joke. Other than that..we actually loved the hotel.

Everything! Clean.. breakfast was great.. beautiful clean pool and hot tub. Coffee, lemonade, and fruit in lobby at all times. Warm fresh baked cookies in lobby at night. Large room.. great view.. nice kitchenette.. ice and water on 3rd and 1st floor. Close to City Market grocery store and many restaurants and breweries down the street from the hotel. Proper brewery was located at the side of hotel, which we walked to.

I would love to give this hotel 5 stars. It’s very new, with convenient accommodations and a wonderful location. Everything about the stay was great, except for our first impression at check-in on 8/24/25. The front desk staff member (He was a man) who helped us seemed a bit unfriendly, with no smile, and he firmly declined our request for a higher floor. While this didn’t reflect the welcoming atmosphere of such a beautiful hotel, everything else about our stay was excellent.

The coffee was cold in the flasks most of the time. Ensure you have transport. It’s a long walk into the Moab strip.

It is contemporary and clean. Large room. Good value for money. Nice breakfast. Free lemonade.

No ice from the machines, but the staff provided it at front desk. The light that illuminated the outside windows of the hotel shines into our room. Bedside lamps weren't bright enough to read from.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The closeness to the National Park was convenient. The room was large, clean and well equipped. The pool was clean and appreciated the salt water versus chlorine. The wait staff in the restaurant was gracious and service was good. The breakfast was tasty.

We wished we stayed closer to town. We had to Uber back and forth. It’s a little under 2 miles. We would have walked if there were sidewalks. Cool hot tubs.

The rooms were modern and clean. The property was very pretty. The pool area was pretty. I wish the hot tubs were hot. We were there on a chilly evening.

We did a load of laundry, $8.00 to wash and dry seemed excessive. The road noise was an issue at times during the night. Icemaker on the 3rd floor was almost unusable.

Everything! The facilities were excellent- the pool was lovely and a lifesaver in summer Moab when it was too hot to go to Arches/ Canyonlands! The breakfast was lovely and a different offering of food being cooked each day! The hotel was very clean and decorated lovely and our room was a really decent size with full size windows overlooking the canyons and pool! It was a perfect location- we loved being a 5 minute drive out of Moab (all parking is free in Moab) as it meant the hotel wasn’t overlooked by anything and felt more spacious than the ones in Moab. The price we paid was incredible too for everything we got! We loved Moab and wouldn’t think twice about returning to this hotel and recommending it to everyone!

I have no complaints my husband and I had a great time although short because we arrived late we still enjoyed the venue.

The hotel was set in a beautiful area. We were able to see the red rocks from her large window. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful.

Definitely one of the best experiences we have had while on vacation. Absolutely a great experience, not one complaint. Every staff member we encountered from check in( he was fabulous) dining, staff, pool manager were all so accommodating and friendly. All went above & beyond. We traveled for almost two weeks and stayed in various locations. Element was by far the best experience. Your staff should be recognized & valued for such remarkable customer service.
