This is a great place to stay in West Yellowstone, especially with the excellent breakfast. If you plan to spend 2–3 days exploring Yellowstone National Park, staying in West Yellowstone is a perfect choice. The hotels here are more convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.

There is plenty of parking space at no extra cost and good access to gas stations and groceries. Breakfast was excellent - the dining area was quite full, but the catering staff ensured that everything was available. Coffee and cookies were available in the reception area. The room was clean and very neat - a lot of attention to detail. I would certainly stay again and recommend to friends.

People in the room above us were a bit noisy at times(we didn’t complain though) Had to go outside to get to everything which was a bit cold - it was October, so cold is probably normal.

Very clean and comfortable. Good American style breakfast. Close to main part of town and West gate of Yellowstone NP. Friendly, helpful staff. Temperature in the room was comfortable and easily adjusted if desired. Ice scrapers/brushes available to borrow for our snow-covered car.

It was a little pricey for a motel, but very reasonable for the area. The town seems to mostly exist as the gateway to Yellowstone, so nothing fancy, but good availability of supplies and souvenirs. The room could have used another chair and/or flat spot for spreading out stuff.

The people at the front desk were very polite and helpful. They offer free cookies and coffee all day in the office. We had the room closest to the road on the first floor and I was worried about noise but it was really fairly quiet. People stay here to sleep and get going early in the day, return after 6pm so the parking lot fills up. The room itself was small but clean and very adequate. The buffet breakfast in the morning was pretty good, very busy but there were just enough tables plus a counter so no one seemed to have to wait to sit. The location is great , you can walk to all the shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. There's a small town park one block away which had a playground area and picnic tables. Getting from the park to here and leaving in the morning for the airport was very easy. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but it's available in the evening. I would recommend this as a base for visiting Yellowstone from the west entrance.

Some of our diapers went missing not sure if it was housekeeping or who since it’s a very odd thing to take but other than that stay was great!

Had a really good offer off-season that included a top-notch breakfast for the 2 days I stayed which I wish I could have had for the remaining days during my visit to Yellowstone. Eggs, bacon, meats, plus the usual basics. Room was plenty spacious with fridge, clean all around.

I would opt for full size refillable shampoo and soap dispensers instead of the single use stuff to reduce waste.

The cleanliness is unmatched. I was so impressed with the room, the cute details like the bison metal plate, the black finishes and the new sink were a nice touch. Plenty of towels for 2 people. Super comfy beds with clean, crisp linens. I slept like a baby. Clean and spacious breakfast room with a very generous breakfast buffet and attentive and friendly staff.
