Nothing bad to say

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel…Hotel staff were very kind. From my point of view, the room that we had were clean, and the beds were fairly comfortable. About the location, it is a 15-20 min walk to Roma termini station. Keep in mind that if you are bringing a lot of luggages and decide to walk to the hotel…You will have a difficult time due to the cobblestones. It is far from Trastevere but there are good options around the block for restaurants. That’s all i can say, i had a pleasant stay…overall good.

To watch tv, you had to write a code. Very original. This never happened in my experiences of tourism. No tv watching. In the italian way, real rooms are different of the rooms presented on site.

I have diabetes. Breakfast meant croissant with sugar. So i only drank coffee. The 1st of May, the bar that was partner of the hotel was closed. no coffee

Relative close to the city center, you need to walk or take the bus. Good value for money. If you are not with really high expectations this is just fine.

The airconditioning and fridge make quite a bit of noise. It didn’t bother me a lot, but could be annoying for some people. Rooms are a bit outdated, but that isn’t a problem for me. As the value for money is good for this hotel.

Great location. They have family rooms allowing to have our children in the same room in their own beds.

The kettle didn't work, so they replaced it. The air conditioning wasn't working. They put the air conditioning on but it was not controllable and could not be turned off. Staff tried to turn it off but couldn't. I had to cut the room power via the electric box to turn the air conditioning off at night. The bed was too large for the room so there was little space.

The staff were very helpful and advised me of places to visit. Good shower but you had to get out quick before it flooded as the drain was blocked. I only stayed here because my apartment was cancelled last minute without explanation from booking.com.

There was no breakfast - and the side bed tables were covered with a glass surface which was old and looked dirty (it was clean but it looked bad). Other than that, everything was OK.

The location was excellent and the staff reaaaly friendly! They checked us in late, the a/c was on and the room warm and clean. The location was excellent as we were able to walk to the city center! They also kept our luggage after we checked out which was highly appreciated!

The bed was not very comfortable to sleep on. The bedding was a bit old, but was fine. The rooms could do with sprucing up a bit- not that this is really an issue, it would just make it look nicer. I was very confused when I first arrived as the hotel is not the entire building, it’s just the 6th floor. So the hotel name is not on the outside of the building. There is a lift but only for 2 people at a time so be aware you may be waiting a little bit (not a big issue). My only other suggestion would be better lighting, at nighttime there was a small light either side of the bed, the bathroom light and a small wall light and this wasn’t always sufficient. A ceiling light would’ve made a big difference- again not an issue just a suggestion. Note- breakfast is from a cafe 1-2 minutes walk away. The cafe is lovely & good food, but only the English breakfast is included so this limits your choice a bit. If I’d known this, I wouldn’t have gone for breakfast included as I didn’t fancy a full English every morning.

The receptionist was amazing! So friendly and kind and she took time to show me the map and highlight the best routes to take to the big landmarks. The location was fantastic, only 10-15 minutes from the metro station and walking distance of the Trevi Fountain & Colosseum etc. The room was a decent size & was very clean. They provided enough towels which were a good size & some toiletries too. There was lots of natural light during the day time but also curtains for privacy which was nice. There was air conditioning & a TV in the room which worked perfectly.

Rooms pretty dated and small. Reception is hard to find when you first arrive. It's tucked away in an area on the 6th floor.

Could be a little more clean, and some small repairs could be made - but either way, it was comfortable for us.

Very good location - walking distance to city center. Big room and bathroom. Air conditioning which was saving us :) Very helpful staff. Possibility to enter the hotel late at night - code to the door. Breakfast is not in the hotel - it is in nearby cafe/small lunch place? (Hard to find the correct description :) ) You get vouchers for English breakfasy we were allowed to exchange it to Avocado toast / Sandwiches / Foccacia / some sweets. Drinks are not included, you need to pay for it.
