Everything was perfect. Lovely building, nicely decorated with lovely touches. Hosts Kate and Keith showed warmth and very welcoming. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay if we visited Lytham St Anne's again.

There wasn't anything to dislike

Loved our 2 night stay at The Gaydon. Warmly welcomed by Keith and Kate, full of local recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The room was spotless, lovely and bright ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice, cooked to perfection. Walking distance to the beach and St Annes center. We walked to Lytham along the front, 3 miles but flat and plenty of places to sit and admire the view. Lovely touch - evening sherry left out for guests to have a late night tipple. Highly recommend.

There is nothing about the property that we disliked.

We will be staying at this guest house again as everything about it is exceptional. We arrived to a very warm welcome from Keith who made us feel at home straight away. We were shown to our room, which was spacious, clean and had everything we needed (including a lamp with usb charging points - brilliant choice of lamps). The attention to detail in the information folder was so helpful, and we were given lots of information when we asked questions about the area. Both nights we had a very comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast each morning matched up to everything else and was excellent - cooked by Kate, who was equally as friendly and welcoming as Keith. Thank you both for being very warm and welcoming - we will see you again soon

It was very homely and we were made to feel very welcome upon our arrival. Keith is an exceptional host and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. There is loads of info in the room for restaurants etc. Keith is very knowledgeable about the area too.

Such a lovely break away, we haven't stayed in a guest house for many years but this was such a pleasure from beginning to end, warm welcome, lovely room and fantastic breakfast. The hosts are second to none and we would definitely return without hesitation

Breakfast was good, the bacon and sausages were excellent. We liked the welcome glass of sherry on arrival! Location was good as it was a short walk into town and a shorter walk to the beach.
