Positive section of review
Architecture and design of the villa. Elegant, classic and thoughtfully done. Good view of yatch and the kitchen is fully equipped. And it has an indoor swimming pool.

The only areas for improvement would be the shower water, which didn’t get very hot, the floor which could have been a bit cleaner, and a beeping sound from the kitchen glass door that was a little distracting

Clean and tidy room. Clean and comfort mattress. Clean toilet. Friendly staffs. Nice decoration at the lobby. Good aircond temperature (adjustable). Safety procedure.

TV channel limited to six channels only, but it is ok because the WiFi is good to watch YouTube, Netflix via mobile phone.

I liked the location and how there were many eateries around.

The rooms were clean only if I did not look closely enough. Once I started taking notice, the place felt really filthy. The floors felt grimy - a simple steam mop would lift plenty of dirt up. The utensils in the cupboard were coated with grime. We washed everything, including the trays holding the utensils. Just using the broom in the room, we swept up so much dust. The check in and out processes were so cumbersome. I had to arrange to meet the Rahman when I could have easily been given a digital code to pick up keys. I was agreeable to pay a deposit of RM200 but never would have imagined how hard it was to get it refunded. Only when I initiated the process, did I realised that because I was checking out before 10am, I needed a Malaysian bank account to have it refunded. I am an international traveler - of course I don't have one. Thankfully my husband was in the area longer and could arrange to meet Rahman to pick up my cash. But Rahman was unresponsive from 12pm to 4pm, and only responded at 4pm to meet my husband. All these pain can be resolved if the check in and check out process was made to be fuss free.

The 2 toilets looks abit run down n the common toilet tap are loose. Suggestions : Common toilet to have shower head instead of rain shower. It is difficult for children to be bathe under rain shower. In the end all bathe at master bedroom Master bedroom toilet no shower screen . The toilet are very wet after bathe even nest the toilet bowl

The bidet, Should have a proper bidet, A proper place for showering, the bath tub was kinda slippery, difficult for senior citizen to shower. The pillows were too soft, had to get up a few times at night to fluff it. The TV should have more channels & more user friendly. Customers were asked to use their own Netflix account which is unfair as we paid a fair amount for the room.
