Customer service was exceptionally high. Very friendly and highly informative reception staff. Our room was superb. We were provided with a coffee machine and tea making facilities. Our bed was very comfortable with good quality crisp cotton sheets. We found the history of the convent very interesting, in particular the renovated steps up to the bell tower where we had a great view of Narbonne. We came up from Malaga on the train and the station is a 10 min walk from the guest house on the flat, so close by. Lots of friendly restaurants and cafes nearby too, lovely gift shops and a very pretty canal with boat trips. This was a star find for us and we will be back.

The location of this property is brilliant 20 minutes walk to Notre Dame and Louvre 15 minutes walk to Chatelet des Halles train station and metro station just opposite the hotel. Our one bedroom apartment was great for us a family of 2 adults and a 2 yo clean and it had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped with new appliances kettle toaster coffee machine even a dishwasher and a fridge. The bathroom has a walk in shower hair dryer and plenty fresh towels. In my opinion this place can be perfect for young families with babies/ toddlers. It’s like home away from home. Staff all friendly and helpful

Loved the artwork and the decor! Personalised welcome note from the host was appreciated. Good sized bedrooms and comfy beds. Quiet and characterful apartment close to the river and just a short walk from the town centre.

The stairs were tight and somewhat difficult to manage with heavy luggage. There are a lot of stairs and they're creaky but it didn't detract from the overall positives and enjoyment of the apartment. The property description/comments on Booking.com does mention the stairs so we were forewarned and knew what to expect.
