This was an excellent place to stay to visit downtown Toronto. Parking was a little tight for our van and trailer, but we managed to get two spots for them. Staff was friendly, helpful and kind.

The location was perfect for us. The room was quite a nice size, clean and everything we needed was provided. It was so convenient for us to be able to use the laundry facility.

the hotel is located in a very small town with no attraction but it was a good place for one night for a traveller. Accommodations were modest but clean and suitable

the WiFi was not working in the rooms but it was functional in the main hotel area / restaurant. Staff did not have any interest in restarting the modem or trying to fix it.

There was no staff at all, the host left a note that he was ill. there was not even coffee available, (self serve coffee machine without supplies).

For the price I expected a robe and slippers but got neither. I was offered a wake-up call and was told they would make 3 attempts and if I still didn't respond they would send someone to knock at the door- NONE OF THESE HAPPENED.
