Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomSeems to be more suited to a younger crowd. The Wellness spa would be better if it had a larger seating area, sauna/steam room and relaxation area after treatments. Breakfast needs some dairy free options, and more fruit other than melon. In terms of the room our water flow in the wash basin was very low (but this was not hugely impactful and it was fixed), and the toilet took ages to flush from time to time. Shower was great.
Great location, and facilities was great. Staff were really friendly. Such a clean hotel which was perfect.

United KingdomWhile the breakfast offerings seem plentiful to many, I will not be adding breakfast on my next stay in October. My son and I follow a vegan and gluten-free diet, we found the variety lacking. The fruit selection was limited to just melon and pineapple every day, and it would be great to see some basic fruit such as apples, bananas, and oranges added at the least. Additionally, the absence of oat or soy milk and the limited choice of cakes, which were often stale, were disappointing. I hope to see more variety in the breakfast options in the future. Lastly, I noticed that the pool didn't seem climate-controlled during this visit and it felt very cold at times, unlike my previous stays, when it was a little warmer. This was also noticed by several other guests not going in the pool as it was too cold. Overall, the hotel is fantastic, and with a few basic adjustments, it can be perfect!
I am a returning customer and have just enjoyed my 6th stay at this fantastic hotel, each visit lasting between 2 to 4 weeks. This hotel is always my top choice when I come to Dubai, thanks to its proximity to the Dubai Mall and the impeccable cleanliness throughout the property, and at the Soluna Beach Club. I want to highlight two outstanding staff members who truly made my experience memorable. First, Karim, the bell porter, is an absolute gem! He consistently went above and beyond to assist us with various inquiries regarding our upcoming stay. His friendly demeanor made every encounter delightful, and having attentive staff like him really enhances the overall experience. Secondly, I must mention Godwin, the housekeeper on the 9th floor. Even though we weren't staying on his floor this time, we made a special trip to his floor just to say hello. Godwin went out of his way to ensure we were looked after, taking the time to check if we had everything we needed. His dedication and kindness are genuinely appreciated and both Karim and Godwin are a true credit to this hotel. Indeed they are the best hotel staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

We stayed for three nights in the Executive Suite, including half board. The room was spacious and there was a sofa bed for our two kids. The pool area was fantastic and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning.

This is a very nice hotel to stay in, everything is done to a very high standard. I can not fault the servicing and presentation of my room, it was spotless. Nice bed, I was upgraded to a room with a balcony and nice view. The breakfast offering was wide and well prepared, the staff are excellent, and the gym and pool both great. I was amazed when I checked back at the price I paid to stay, this had to have been one of the best value hotels, considering what is offered, I have ever stayed in. Needless to say, I would look to return here as my first option
