How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

“TOADS” bar very expensive for drinks and food. The two supplied water bottles of water should have been placed in the fridge each day instead of on top of it.

Outsourced Laundry so paying per garment service.
The room was really comfortable. Staff very helpful. Shuttle runs 24/7 every 30 min, a big bonus. Very hot for a New Zealander, but air conditioning facilities, in the metro, overpass to mall, shuttle - loved it. Enjoyed breakfast service too.

No wake up alarm by staff. Had to rely on phone alarm. Maybe a clock radio as a back up or people who don't us phones would be good.
Airport shuttle is a bonus, even takes you to city. All staff very friendly and helpful.. On site restraint and pub had good atmosphere, meals and staff very helpful.

Our flight arrived at Airport Terminal 2, so we still needed to take a taxi to reach the hotel.
This hotel is a great option if you want to stay near the airport. They have a free shuttle to Terminals 1 and 3 running every 30 mins. There are metro stations in the airport terminals, which provide easy and quite quick access to the center of Dubai. The breakfast was great, and we found the staff pleasant and accommodating. The hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool.

Excellent staff. The hotel has a Costa Coffee inside which is nice. There is a luggage storage room. The room is a very nice size, with everything you need. The airport shuttle is perfect.

They was having works done which they apologised for and gave us free late check out which was much needed from are long flights so that was a nice touch! The hotel is brilliant especially for the value I cannot fault it!

Hotel is currently under major renovations which affects the reception area. Also the unpleasant smell of the newly applied floor sealant seems to be throughout the building.
The on-site restaurant and cafe were excellent. All staff encountered were excellent. Free airport shuttle bus is very convenient.

I would prefer a sheet on the bed, the doona is too hot and I don't want too sleep with the aircon on too low. 5 minute walk to the supermarket is hard in the heat.
Free regular shuttle, every 30 minutes, to and from the airport 24 hours a day. Swimming pool was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Much cheaper than the lounges at the airport and the amenities are top notch. Will definitely use again for layovers in Dubai.

The property is conveniently close to the airport, making it ideal for transit stays. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. all was brilliant
This is our second stay at this hotel - we previously stayed a few days and but this time we found it a very convenient and super well priced stay for a 12 hour stopover break just to have a shower and catch up with some really solid sleep before heading back to the airport later the same day. Excellent shuttle - there were clear instructions from the hotel on where to catch outside terminal 3 which is really just a matter of going up to the departure level of the terminal then heading straight ahead across the initial roads and carpark following signs to airport shuttle area which is on the left only a few minutes away. Shuttle is easily noticed when it arrives in the area with Premier Inn branding displayed. There are a lot of hotel shuttles arriving in the same area. Friendly and quick check in and wonderfully cool hotel room including complimentary bottles of water - very welcome after the 42 degree heat outside. Food and drinks available 24 hours. We deliberately scheduled flights to allow this break in Dubai coming from Australia in Economy and it really worked in terms of preventing jet lag for us and meaning we could hit the ground running in London still feeling fresh and energetic without having to shell out for PE or Business - plus bonus no pressure to sleep on the flights so we could catch up with loads of movies and TV: this will be the way we do Aus to Europe for all trips in future. Thank you Premier Inn - you never let us down.
