Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI was very disappointed that we asked for a non smoking room as we both have breathing problems and are allergic to smoke. But they have us a smoking floor and it smelt awful and was inhaling smoke. We rang twice to reception they said they would get back to us and never did. Very disappointing and not acceptable, as we requested none smoking. Also just a suggestion its a nice hotel but just before you walk in the front door you have the smoking area out front it smells awful and does not give it a good look. You should have it well away from the entrance.
It was a good location, the 2 bell boys Ramzan and Aslan where excellent.

The room is spacious and with all facilities available though bathroom is a bit worn out. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly especially Richard and Jowi working at the concierge. They tried their best efforts to help and made my stay memorable. They are really excellent.

AustraliaThere’s no shuttle from Terminal 2, and the rooftop pool was closed. They had communicated previously privately but did not clearly mention these 2 critical things, one shouldn’t publicise free shuttle from DXB if it is not from all the terminals. Further the breakfast food was a bit cold with little variety in terms of proper meat curries etc.
Good place close to the airport to stay. Place was clean, breakfast was decent.

New ZealandI had to book an additional night accom because of an early morning flight arrival and no sleep on flight. When I arrived in my allocated room, all drawers/cupboards were open, there were only two hand towels in the room, the TV with bright blue hotel message would not turn off ...transpired the battery in the remote was flat...and the room (608)appeared to be ill prepared for a guest. Certainly didn't reflect the hotels star rating. Wouldn't stay again-there are better Airport hotels in the price range for a three night stay. Very disappointing and housekeeping need to have a greater focus on standards and details.
Staff were pleasant, room service meal was very good and the room was very clean.

Very good hotel and great facilities. Staff was brilliant. Breakfast was very good in the morning. The location was close to the airport but would be nice if you could also have the shuttle service to Terminal 2 as well.

Everything. From lobby interior, front desk, concierge, dining room, the room the bed n pillows. We like the shuttle provide but we only managed to use shuttle to n fro airport, also shuttle (chartered from and to) the dubai outlet mall. We also like that this hotel is within 3-5minute walking distance to the nearest metro station. They allowed us to leave our luggage till our late night flight n we were allowed to use the prayer room as well, at anytime. The cafe downstairs serve a very good coffee! And the breakfast was in good variety and enough to keep us full. They have a variety of bread, pancakes and egg station! We enjoyed our short stay very much. Totally worth staying and definitely will come again!

Lovely open entrance with comfortable seating and stylish modern furniture and fittings. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and their smiles made a long flight less stressful. Room was great and well equipped.
