Food was bio and really tasty. He also provided us with a birthday cake on request and made sure everything was perfect.   I booked the room for nonsmoking handicap while I was in Biloxi at family’s house but when I got there she said oh we don’t have that room anymore we only have a smoking one I had to go a town over and book a hotel there and it was also a bunch of hidden fees and was like 30 bucks more! I went a town over and got exactly what I wanted for cheaper and much nicer but it was a town over so that was an inconvenience but worked out ok

  I booked room #2A and they gave me another room without extra charge. When my husband and I arrived, we were not delighted with the position of the room. Since it is not the season, we got a room that suits us without extra charge. We are very satisfied with the accommodation and the facility is really for vacation. Thank you Alexander Palm staff.

  The breakfast, super nice team crew! The hotel itself very nice and located at the center! The rooms were clean and had everything there, even robs And the view from 12 floor was amazing

  Staff are friendly , polite and helpfull. We were on 15th floor in a confortable modern and clean room with a nice view of the beach & ocean .

  the restaurant ( Penthouse) on the 17th floor has incredible view of the beach / ocean and sunset but twice we tried to dine there unfortunatly it was so loud with people having cocktails ( even though we asked the night before reservation if there were going to be any group at the lounge = the side where you see the sunset ) that we could’t even hear our selves nor the waitress so we decided to eat somewhere else. Tiny pool and no sun in the afternoon .

  Staff are crappy, make you pay $25 extra for the facilities which is an absolute joke considering the room costs $385 but I still have to pay $25 to use the pool, gym, beach club and any other facilities. No breakfast was included and the check in is 4:00pm and check out was 11:00 am. So you don’t get much time to actually be in the hotel if staying for 1 night!!! Overall it was pretty rubbish and I will definitely not be returning.
