Food was bio and really tasty. He also provided us with a birthday cake on request and made sure everything was perfect.   Location wise I think this is a great one - close to all subways, and specifically just adjacent to Ground Zero - I felt like most of Manhattan was in my reach. The hotel is on-point, rooms are regular sized and offer what you need for a business trip

  Is a handy location to the airport. Only a brief ride needed. Modern house. Hosts very helpful. Got a room code for each room. Did get sent quite a bit of pre check in information, maybe could be shortened.

  Weren't bedding for the couch/bed located in living room but host dropped some off. Is in an interesting setting, is surrounded by fence. The laundry was in the garage which wasn't able to access.

  Fantastic location. Next to a Safeway, CVS, and a gas station. Plenty of parking spaces.

  Very dirty room. Many hairs of previous guests were found under sheet, comforter, and in the bath tub. This made me wonder whether they really replaced the sheets after the previous guest checkout. There was trash at the corner of the room. In addition, there was mold on the shower curtain and the toilet was not cleaned properly either. Overall an awful experience.
