We loved the comfortable bed and pillows, the wonderful fluffy towels, the spacious suite, the fact that we could open the window and get fresh air in the room, the complimentary coffee, chocolate etc at the Club on top floor!

Staff were very helpful. It was great with the shuttle bus to Airport and LRT. Initially was concerned about the possibility of LRT and Airport noise, but it was not a problem. Would definitely go back if in Seattle.

The hotel was ok, the food and drinks were very expensive. It smelt so bad of smoke as you are allowed to smoke in the casino and it's choking. The staff charged us for a room upgrade that we didn't know about, when we questioned it they said we signed for it, which we didn't. I asked for a print out of what we had signed and we didn't get it. On the third day I was sat down brushing my teeth and I noticed the filth around the bathroom tap, we went to complain and were given a good voucher and one night resort fee back. We asked for a new room but were told we had to come back at 2pm. We asked for bottled water to use but were told no (even though they give them out for free in the casino). When we came back at 2 there was no room for us to go to. We had to use the bottled water to wash and brush out teeth. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We did manage to get 2 more resort fees refunded but this is all they would do. We complained by email to Harrahs and still haven't heard back. We complained to booking.com and were given $17 dollars.

We arrived late at night, around 10:30PM after a 15+ hour flight and they told us that booking com had canceled our stay at the hotel even tho I didn’t get any notification about that (even to this day!) and had a clear email with our reservation CONFIRMED. That left us hanging in the streets with our bags, jumping from hotel to hotel trying to get a room for the night until 3AM! Almost a week has passed and the hotel and booking are passing the ball whose fault it was. Nothing resolved yet, still waiting for a response. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
