Checked in by Yendi ( hope i spelled her name right) she was lovely and very helpful, lots of recommendations for places to eat, and places for sugary treats, which we both enjoyed. Breakfast was sufficient, always fresh cold water in reception. Bedroom was a good size, outside area for sitting and relaxing. Comfortable bed, plenty hot water. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Building architecture is impressive and gardens in driveway well maintained , pool and fitness center are good and great lift system. At breakfast they had a good selection of milks- almond ,oat ,soya and dairy and also gluten free bread when I asked.A couple of staff are really good , the ones at breakfast and one girl that worked in the bar and restaurant. Free shuttle bus was good.

Extremely rude staff on reception, , dirty floors especially in lobby toilets and corridor to our room. Plates glasses and knives left lying on the floor the whole time we were there despite maids going past with trolleys. Eventually they were moved to a corner but still left in view. Front reception staff rude. We only had 1 tea bag and 1 creamer in our room for our 3 night stay , I asked twice at the desk and never got any creamer. They didn’t explain about breakfast or shuttle buses . There’s no info in the room about the hotel or on the tv. Breakfast is $24 each which I think is expensive when we’re we’re staying 3 nights. Nothing gluten free in restaurant , didn’t have any bread to make a sandwich or gluten free pizza bases. Salad had croutons on so couldn’t eat it. Did have steak one night though which was very nice. Safe was broken in room. Hotel not near airport at all, it’s in an industrial estate near scrap yards and train depots so nowhere in walking distance for food or shops. That’s fine if you’re aware but description said adjacent to airport which it is not. It’s 11 minutes away in car. We weren’t aware of shuttle bus and paid $25 taxi to get there at first.

I loved the location being situated right by South beach with quick and easy access to stores, restaurants and buses to downtown. The room itself was quite large for a 4 bed dorm.

The air conditioner being too loud at night sometimes. Furthermore, the lack of power outlets on the beds themselves made charging your phones inconvenient as you had to use the socket on the wall far away from your bed.

We had bugs in our room for multiple nights, only offered to switch room after multiple times asking, had someone also break into the room and leave items there mid way through. (We have photographs of both issues but again nobody cared). We even brought the item to the front desk who again.. didn't care. however there is no cctv covering the floor, so there is no way to prove it. When reported the night manager did not care, he had the most unempathetic tone possible. The door can be shimmed open with the do not disturb signs. And the door locks firmware is massively out of date. The hotel offered to comp for a single night. Even after wasting a full day switching room. As well more nights of unease. We asked for 2 nights which was told was unreasonable...
