If you are looking at this review, don’t hesitate and just book this resort! Everyone here was so incredibly friendly and helpful at every time of the day/night, especially the receptionists Phuong and Khuyen. They really were one of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever met! They helped us so much in every situation and made sure our stay was perfect. In the beginning we were not sure if we want to stay here because it was a bit out of town, but actually that makes this resort even better. At night it's very quiet and calm and they have free shuttles running many times a day to the beach and the ancient town. Thank you so so much for this amazing stay, if we come back to Hoi An we will 100% come back here!

The room with a balcony was absolutely perfect, with a great bathroom. Eric was super helpful and indeed very friendly - I am most pleased with my stay and wish I could extend in HOI AN!

We had a view of the river with a terrace which was excellent for seeing sunset. The location is great, and you are an easy walk to the Old Quarter. Breakfast buffet at the hotel is also excellent with good selection. The level of service provided was outstanding. During the stay, I fell ill and had to extend an extra night and change a flight and the support provided by staff at the hotel was superb. They helped us to change our travel plans while also going out of their way to ensure we were cared for and feeling better. Cannot recommend enough.

What surprised us more was how we were greeted. Sat down and given details of our room, facilities, and how to go about the town. Such an amazing experience. All the staff were attentive to our needs and constantly came up to us to ask if we needed anything. Would definitely come back again.

The resort is 200 metres from Hoi An Night Market and 6 km from Cua Dai Beach. Da Nang International Airport is 30 km away, while the majestic peaks of Marble Mountains are 25 km away. This hotel is a 10! Nothing to say, pool is perfect, location great (little paradise 5 min from the busy old town), staff nice (our daughter even got a cake for her birthday), Spa ok (my husbands massage was a bit disappointing but mine was great), good breakfast!

It features a spa and wellness centre, while free Wi-Fi access is available in the entire resort. The staff was very good, exceptional. I was very pleased with 'Scarlett' and 'Alice'. They were available at all times, constantly checking to make sure we were being taken care of. I had my daughter in law and two young grandchildren with me. The care they gave the children was above and beyond expectations.

Good evening service. Very popular and good atmosphere in beach front bar. Professional and great package massage in Spa. Kind all employees. Could feel their attempts and efforts to make better resort since staying here several times for rescent years. Enjoy precious rest in this resort. Will never be disappointed.
