Wow! I seriously could not recommend this place more! If you are looking at this review, don’t hesitate and just book this resort! Everyone here was so incredibly friendly and helpful at every time of the day/night, especially the receptionists Phuong and Khuyen. They really were one of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever met! They helped us so much in every situation and made sure our stay was perfect. In the beginning we were not sure if we want to stay here because it was a bit out of town, but actually that makes this resort even better. At night it's very quiet and calm and they have free shuttles running many times a day to the beach and the ancient town. Thank you so so much for this amazing stay, if we come back to Hoi An we will 100% come back here!

Everything was fabulous. We have stayed elsewhere in Hoi An before but decided to give Grand Sunrise Palace a try as a friend recommended it. The staff were absolutely fantastic, helpful, friendly, always going out of their way to greet us and make us comfortable. I tried the spa and it was so amazing that I went 3 times in total. There was a shuttle bus to take you into the Old Town, which we used several times and it was easy to get a taxi back if the shuttle wasn’t running at the time we were coming back. We would definitely stay here again.

It was an amazing stay! As I checked in Lee, the owner, gave me the map with the main places to visit. Recommended a massage salon. And overall gave a lot of advice about the town. And there were flowers with the letters of my name on the bed when I checked in the room! Thank you! Location of the hotel is very good. Strong WiFi. Comfortable room and bed. Several types of lights in the room. AC works perfectly. There was my birthday during my stay. Lee prepared a birthday cake with good wishes on it! Thank you so much! I felt so welcomed in this place! Definitely recommend

It's too good a place for the money. It's a quiet street, although the old town is less than ten minutes away by motorcycle. Breakfast included fresh fruits and coffee.

Personal was great and very helpfull.👍 Food:You can choose breakfast, but only from eggs and cornflakes. For me i wish I choose some Vietnamese food 🙂 Room was good. You can land bikes, but they need little bit service 😅. You can order laundry,but they lost one of my wife's t shirt. We noticed that after 2 day's. The personal try this problem fix it. Problem was in laundry not in hotel and manager give us some sale. It try to be helpful and we appreciate it .
