The property had a super nice vibe, it was chill and had a pool. But the moat outstanding part was the owner of the Hotel. She was very kind, caring and overall just amazing. (we’ll miss her)

We had a wonderful time at Dawn homestay. The family room was extremely clean and cosy. AC worked perfectly, good bed, fresh towels. We felt like home certainly because Tu Tu has a rare gift of being able to adjust to the very needs of her guests. She is extremely devoted, ready to organize anything at any time (excursions, transfers, train tickets, scooter rentals, etc..). We had all our breakfasts and dinners at the guest house, diner time was wonderful with fresh and diverse home made dishes shared around the family table. Tutu also made us excellent take away lunches (delicious chicken sandwiches). Our kids loved everything that came out of their kitchen!!! We will recommend this homestay to our friends and family without any hesitation.

The owner was very helpful, picked us up from the morning bus at 4am and offered to drive us to the centre multiple times. Breakfast was also great. He was also helpful when booking cave tours and bus to our next destination. We also could take a shower before leaving for our night bus. The location was quiet with amazing sounds of the jungle in the evening. It was a bit further from the city centre and restaurants, but this was no problem as the owner always offered to drive us.
