Location was great, close to center and room with mountain views were excellent. Helpfulness and attentive nature of staff was also exceptional. Also, Julie our receptionist on arrival was simply outstanding and went above and beyond in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. For example, we didn't have to worry at about our travel plans back to Hanoi, Julie sorted it all out with no hassle whatsoever. This meant we could enjoy our short time in Sapa to the max ( we were on very tight schedule!). Thank you to her and the rest of the team so much. We will no doubt stay here next time we visit.

Very, very, very friendly staff. The owner was incredibly helpful and eager to make our visit as amazing as possible. The views during breakfast were beautiful and breakfast itself was always very tasty. Our room was very cosy and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The bed was spotless and we had really pleasant and comfortable sleeps

Our family stayed for three nights. The rooms were lovely, with stunning mountain views and the sound of birdsong. The hotel staff were very helpful and assisted with our luggage to and from the rooms. Breakfast was reasonably fine, especially considering the price. The hotel provided complimentary daily one-way taxi to Sapa town center, which is really nice.
