The resort boasts 2 outdoor swimming pools, an on-site dining option and private beach area on Bai Cat Co 1. Great location and service. Despite the ongoing constructions, we still had convenient access to the beach. Free sauna for all guests and its extended opening hours let you enjoy it even late after a tour. We didn’t use the pools but they were clean.

An absolutely wonderful homestay in a beautiful village! Getting to the village and back from the main pier is easy; you only have to ask for help. Once you get to the pier near Viet Hai, you can either take a bicycle to the village (someone will take your luggage), or you can hire an electric car very easily for a reasonable price. The owners were incredibly kind to me and made sure I had an amazing time and helped me make every arrangement. Fortunately, they spoke English quite well so we could communicate. They gave me advice on hiking and nice things to do around the village. Bikes were free; you can take one and go anywhere you like on the island. Lots of beautiful hikes, starting right at the doorstep. I was treated to amazing meals, with so many exotic and delicious choices! You can try a free fish massage! The family was so incredibly warm and kind to me during my stay of three nights; I was never bored for a moment. Truly a wonderful experience.

The resort has an indoor pool and a 24-hour front desk. 3 things we love : 1) The View We were blown away by the mesmerising view from our rooms and from the Panoramic Viewpoint! 2) Facilities Love the room and toilet with lots of table top space. The onsen with 7 different pools and heated indoor pool were great for indoor activities on cloudy days. 3) Staff There is actually a staff assigned to take care of us during our stay! Quyen, the receptionist in charge of our stay, had been most helpful and prompt in helping solve our various issues. We had booked a transfer to town and were told to WhatsApp the staff for our return trip. However he did not see our message when we texted him. When we contacted Quyen, she immediately arranged the transfer for us.
