The staff was extremely nice and friendly and helped us with everything we needed, including transportation and motorbike rental. The facilities were beautiful and clean and looked exactly like on the pictures - unlike some other places we have visited. The hotel is in a quiet street just a minutes’ walk from the all the rush.

Loved the breakfast - and the fact that it opens at 0630 is perfect if you have day trips out of Hanoi booked! Staff was friendly, kind, accommodating, and super helpful. Would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Hanoi, perfect location and great amenities.

Staff Linh was welcoming and very helpful. Spa was excellent and forgot to check lady’s name she was too good in recommending and staff gave very good massage. The interior of the property is beautiful and huge located at city centre. Will definitely come back as am in love with Vietnamese hospitality and people.

Excellent hotel. The room was large and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom and shower were great too. Breakfast was good too. Moreover, Duff and all the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is situated in a very good area, 3 minutes away from Train street.

My husband and I booked the Oriental Jade Hotel for our honeymoon and first ever visit to Hanoi. We weren't entirely sure of where a good location would be and also what the level of hotels were like there. Suffice to say, the Oriental Jade Hotel exceeded our expectations and was a big part of us having an amazing experience in Hanoi! Our room was so comfortable with a great view, the location of the hotel is fantastic - so close to the lake and to both the Old and French Quarter and the breakfast was brilliant! We will miss those avocado juices for breakfast every morning now. In addition to this, we booked a private tour through the hotel and we couldn't have made a better choice with that either. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, professional and showed us an amazing time to Ninh Binh, even giving us options to adjust the tour to our preferences on the day! All in all, a wonderful stay and we couldn't have asked for more.
