The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant. A big thank you to the wonderful customer service staff, especially Giang and the lady with glasses at the front desk (sorry didn’t get her name). They were both very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although one of our rooms wasn’t ready at first, the team quickly resolved the situation by offering us a coupon to use in the hotel restaurant, which we really appreciated. The food there was delicious and turned this small inconvenience into a positive experience. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
